Shipping Policy – Sumara Shop

At Sumara Shop, we strive to make delivery convenient and affordable for our customers. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Free Local Delivery
   • We offer free delivery for medium-sized products within the following cities: Orem, Provo, Vineyard, Lindon, and Pleasant Grove.
2. Heavy Item Delivery
   • A $10 delivery fee will apply for large or heavy products delivered within the same service area listed above.
3. Shipping Outside the Area
   • For customers outside our local delivery cities, we can ship via USPS.
   • Once your purchase is complete, we will calculate and provide you with the shipping costs in a quote.
4. Local Pickup
   • Customers may also pick up their products directly from our facilities.
   • Pickup is by appointment only—no walk-ins allowed. Please schedule via text message or email at info@sumarashop.com.
   • Standard pickup hours: Friday and Saturday, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
   • If you need a different pickup time, please contact us in advance at info@sumarashop.com.
